A website for the dos Remedios clan throughout the world
I have set up this website for the dos Remedios clan throughout the world, at the urging of my sisters and cousins. This may sound rather grand, but we know that dos Remedios is a name to be found in every continent. I have the dubious honour of having the responsibility for building this site, being the eldest in my family and having a repository of old photographs and letters in my attic and on my computer.
This site will be of immediate interest to dos Remedios relatives living mainly in the United Kingdom, many formerly from Hong Kong, although others may also wish to participate.
My sisters and cousins are the offspring of the siblings Gino, Reginaldo and Yolanda (Landy) dos Remedios, who were brought up in Hong Kong (previously in Shanghai) and then moved on to the United Kingdom and the USA. As our parents have passed away, we now find ourselves senior members of the family, much to our shock.
We wish to set up a kind of historical store of family stories, pictures and other records for our own enjoyment and, who knows, maybe our children and grandchildren may find it interesting.
